Our background spans supporting children and young people in residential homes, assisting adults with complex needs, and delivering high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
We have proven capability in managing smooth transitions at every stage, including hospital discharge into Short Term Accommodation (STA), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), or directly into long-term SIL homes. Our team understands the challenges participants face — from navigating behaviours of concern to adapting to new living environments — and we tailor our support to make these transitions as seamless as possible.
All our staff are trained in trauma-informed, person-centred approaches, ensuring each participant’s needs, preferences, and aspirations are at the heart of what we do.
